OUR August event

We have teamed up with Masala Bistro, from Ashland Oregon to bring you an incredible 5-Course meal with music and merriment. 

We will have live music from local musician Peter Stone who is a fan favorite.

Make sure to grab a ticket before they are gone. It's a small event, with only enough space for 20 people to attend.

It's August 17th at 6pm in Southern Oregon. We will let you know the address once you purchase the ticket.

Amuse Bouche

Keema Pav

locally sourced goat, cooked with tomatoes, ginger, garlic, coriander, chillies, and onions, and seasoned with aromatics like bay leaf, cinnamon, and other whole spices.

Aperitif

Pani Puri (v)

Popular Indian street food of crispy, hollow, fried dough balls (puri) stuffed with boiled potatoes or steamed moong sprouts or boiled chickpeas or white peas curry together with spicy tangy water and sweet chutney. 

Samosa/Samosa Chaat (v, vg*)

Tangy, spicy Samosa Chaat! Spicy chole (chickpeas) are served with samosa and dollops of yogurt and chutney

Burmese dish of warm bowl of tender noodles and spiced chicken cooked in creamy coconut curry broth


Main

Butter Chicken (gf)

Marinated and roasted chicken in a rich and creamy tomato and cashew curry

Saag Paneer (v, gf)

Chunks of paneer mixed in a creamy mixture of spinach, spices, and ghee served with a side of your choice of ric

 

Lamb Roganjosh (gf)

A Kashmiri delicacy: Chunks of lamb braised with a sauce of garlic, ginger, caramelized onions, and aromatic spices like star anise, bay leaves, cardamom, and cinnamon (gf)

Chana Masala (v, vg, gf)

Chickpeas and tomatoes simmered with garlic, ginger, onion, cumin, garam masala, coriander, and turmeric

Aloo Matar 

A blend of potatoes (aloo), green peas, and cauliflower (gobi) in an onion-tomato sauce 

Jeera Rice (v, vg, gf)

Rice dish made using rice, cumin seeds, and a few other spices

Creamy Mango Lassi is a delicious blend of sweet mangoes, yogurt and flavored with cardamom.

 

Pink Dragon Fruit Lemonade 

Dragon Fruit, with perfect recipe lemons with a hint of turmeric, cayenne, and fresh fruits

 

Mint Cucumber Cooler

 A fantastic combination of cucumber, lime juice, mint leaves, and black salt.

Masala Chai

 black tea in milk and water with a mixture of aromatic herbs and spices.

All meat is locally sourced from Cherry Street Meats in Medford, OR.
Lamb - All natural, grass-fed, free-range, antibiotic and hormone free
Chicken - All natural, hormone and antibiotic-free
